I have trained with Caroline Shola Arewa as an Energy 4 Life Wellness Coach and now incorporate wellness coaching with all my clients.  I felt this was a valuable addition to my skills as it covers 4 main modalities:

Often when working with clients on Nutrition, I found there was an emotional blockage, or that I could help them with their diet but they also needed to move their body or work with limiting beliefs.  What I liked about Energy 4 Life was that it approached all aspects of wellness in order to bring it all together and be able to move people on with their life.
