Well this is a link to another blog from Ross at Energise for life because it is one of the best, well referenced articles I have read on the need to alkalise our body. Ross has given scientific evidence referenced over the years to back up his findings on an alkaline diet and gives great examples of the foods you need to eat more of in your daily diet. We are coming out of the dark winter times and its a great time as we get more light in the day to get more light in our diet through increasing our fruit and veg intake. Lots of green smoothies is a great way to start the day and get that body in an alkaline state from the word go. And hopefully anyone who still has a coffee or coke habit will really think about it before they drink the next one!!!
