Green Alkalising smoothie drinks

1/2 pineapple
1/2 whole lime (or juice of if no power blender)
1/2 avocado
handfull of kale leaves

Take of the rind from the pineapple and and chop the flesh into chunks, place them in a power blender if you have one, if not any blender will do.  Add the avocado flesh and lime (or lime juice) and finally kale leaves.  Add enough water to blend to the right consistency -You may want to eat it more as a pudding as the avocado will thicken it, or add more water to make it into a pouring consitency.   Make sure you add pure alkaline state water - Water jug details on my products page!!!

1 banana
2 cups blueberries
4 cups romaine lettuce
1 desertspoon ginger root
1 pear

Place everything in a power blender or other blender and cover with alkaline water and blend to desired consistency - you can add some raw garlic to keep the bugs at bay!!!

For really alkalising try:

1 bunch spinach
3 large tomatoes (or more smaller ones)

Put into your blender, add alkaline water and blend - add to this base ginger for more warming or lemon for more alkalising with a zing!!!
